1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

2. Tracking Updates

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent when tracking information is available.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on destination, carrier service, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or remote-area delivery limits.
